The registration window for its newly constructed ready-to-move-in apartments in Narela will officially open on 19 December 2025. This initiative, named the DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana, offers significant price benefits exclusively to current and former government employees.

This scheme is designed specifically for individuals who have served the public sector. Employees of Central and state government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), hospitals, corporations, and allied bodies are eligible to apply. The authority is offering a total of 1,168 apartments in configurations of 1-BHK, 2-BHK, and 3-BHK. These flats are situated in Sectors A1 to A4 of Narela's Pocket 9. The location boasts excellent connectivity, being near the Urban Extension Road-II (UER 2), GT Karnal Road, and National Highway-8. An upcoming metro station in the vicinity adds to the future accessibility of the area.
Each unit is a freehold property and comes with a substantial 25% discount on the market price. The 3-BHK flats are particularly spacious, with a plinth area ranging from approximately 163.76 to 183.36 square metres, inclusive of common areas and balconies. - Fill in the required personal and professional details, including bank account and PAN card information.
- Complete the application by paying a non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,500 on the DDA Awaas portal.
After registration, the booking process begins on 14 January 2026. Applicants need to submit an initial booking amount which will be adjusted against the flat's final cost: ₹50,000 for 1-BHK, ₹4 lakh for 2-BHK, and ₹10 lakh for 3-BHK units.
Important Policy Highlights and Allotment Basis
The DDA has introduced several applicant-friendly rules for this scheme. Crucially, there is no restriction on applicants owning other property in Delhi or anywhere else in the country. This removes a major barrier for many potential buyers. Furthermore, the authority has stated that applicants are allowed to book more than one flat without any prescribed cap.
The allotment will be conducted on a strict first-come-first-served (FCFS) basis, making early application crucial. The entire scheme will remain open for applications until 31 March 2026.
