This major contract is designated for the comprehensive construction of the ambitious 'Elan The Mark' project. The development is strategically situated in Sector 106, positioned along the rapidly developing Dwarka Expressway corridor in Gurugram.
A Landmark Integrated Township Takes Shape
'Elan The Mark' represents a pivotal component of Elan Group's expansive and landmark 50+ acre integrated township vision. This large-scale, premium development is meticulously planned to seamlessly integrate retail, residential, and hospitality spaces within a single, cohesive ecosystem. It is conceptualized as a next-generation hub dedicated to redefining luxury living. The project's extensive offerings are set to include a high-end mall, vibrant high-street retail outlets, premium Grade A office spaces, a five-star hotel, and exclusive branded residences.
Scope and Scale of the Construction Contract
The awarded construction contract for 'Elan The Mark' encompasses a massive built-up area of nearly 5.5 million square feet. This total area includes provisions for both current and future development phases, which are planned to be executed over a defined period. The contract's scope is comprehensive, covering all essential civil structure works required to bring this vision to life.
Global Consortium of Design and Engineering Expertise
The project has been meticulously planned with significant inputs from an international consortium of renowned design and engineering firms, ensuring world-class standards. The architectural design leadership has been entrusted to Benoy, based in London. Landscape planning is being expertly handled by SWA from California. For the iconic water features, WET Design, also from California, has been appointed.
Specialized consultancy roles include Meinhardt Façade Technology from Singapore advising on the critical building envelope. The structural design is being led by LERA from New York, with additional engineering expertise contributed by Thornton Tomasetti, also based in New York. Vertical transportation and sophisticated building systems are under the purview of Lerch Bates from the USA. Furthermore, RWDI from Canada is providing crucial advisory services on wind engineering, acoustics, and microclimate performance optimization.

The physical construction will be executed by Leighton Asia, a multinational construction firm with a strong operational footprint across the Asia-Pacific region. It is noteworthy that Leighton Asia has previously been awarded significant contracts for Civil, Structure, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works by Elan Group for its other ongoing prestigious projects. These include 'Elan The Presidential', 'Elan The Imperial', and 'Elan The Emperor', with 'Elan The Mark' now joining this esteemed list.
