Details of the Multi-Crore Property Deal

According to official registration documents accessed by real estate data firm Propstack, the transaction was officially registered on November 27, 2025. Roshan has acquired 10 office units spanning approximately 7,000 square feet across the third and fourth floors of the upscale Yura Business Park.

The purchased office spaces feature carpet areas ranging between 769 square feet and 852 square feet per unit. The seller for all ten units was Yura Business Park Pvt Ltd, which has associations with prominent developers Pecan and Transcon.

Strategic Business Structure and Family Involvement

The acquisition was structured through two separate business entities linked to the Roshan family. Five units were purchased by HRX LLP, where Hrithik Roshan and his father, veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, serve as designated partners. The remaining five units were acquired by Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, where Hrithik and his mother Pinkie Roshan hold director positions.

This purchase follows a pattern of recent real estate investments by the Roshan family. Just days before Hrithik's acquisition, his parents Rakesh and Pinky Roshan bought five commercial office units for Rs 19.68 crore, while his sister Sunaina Roshan acquired two units for Rs 6.42 crore - all located in the same Andheri West locality.
