Kapoor, Jeetendra Sell Mumbai Property for Rs 559 Crore

Bollywood actor Tusshar Kapoor and veteran star Jeetendra have completed a major real estate transaction in Mumbai. They jointly sold a premium commercial property in Chandivali for a staggering Rs 559.25 crore. Property registration documents confirm the deal was finalized in January 2026.

Details of the High-Value Transaction

The sold asset is located at Balaji IT Park, within the DC-10 building in Chandivali. Tusshar Kapoor's company, Tushar Infra Developers Private Limited, and Jeetendra's firm, Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited, owned the commercial space through these corporate entities.

The property boasts a substantial built-up area of approximately 30,195 square metres. That translates to around 3,25,016 square feet, underscoring the massive scale and significant value of this real estate deal.

Chandivali's Rise as a Commercial Hub

This transaction further cements Chandivali's reputation as a high-demand commercial micro-market in central Mumbai. The area sits strategically between Powai, Andheri East, and Saki Naka. Corporates are increasingly drawn here due to its prime location and continuously improving infrastructure.

Connectivity Drives Growth

Strong road connectivity plays a crucial role in Chandivali's appeal. Major roads like the Jogeshwari–Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR), LBS Marg, and the Eastern Express Highway provide excellent access. The operational Mumbai Metro Line 1 and upcoming metro corridors have significantly enhanced the area's accessibility for businesses and commuters.

Proximity to Key Locations

Chandivali's closeness to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport adds another layer of attractiveness for businesses and investors. The area also benefits from easy access to major employment zones. These include:

  • Powai's IT parks
  • SEEPZ
  • MIDC
  • Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC)
  • Lower Parel

This proximity sustains strong demand for commercial leasing and investment in the locality.

Market Momentum in Chandivali

The growing commercial activity in Chandivali is evident. Balaji IT Park itself recorded another high-value transaction worth Rs 855 crore in May 2025. With rising commercial deals and ongoing infrastructure upgrades, Chandivali continues to strengthen its position. It is becoming a stable, investment-friendly real estate corridor in Mumbai.
