Each flat in this development will be designed as a spacious 3BHK plus study configuration, covering approximately 2,100 square feet. The allotment of flats and penthouses will be conducted through a fair and transparent lottery system, ensuring equal opportunity for all eligible candidates.

Construction is expected to be completed within three years, with possession of the units slated to be handed over to buyers within five years. To facilitate flexible payment options, buyers can opt for 36 monthly instalments after allotment. Additionally, those who pay the full amount within 45 to 90 days will be eligible for an attractive discount ranging from 4% to 6%.
