Lucknow Development Authority's One-Time Settlement Scheme Gains Momentum
The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has reported a significant response to its one-time settlement (OTS) scheme, designed to address pending dues on properties. As of the latest update, the authority has received a total of 110 applications, with a notable surge of 85 applications submitted on Monday alone. This initiative aims to provide relief to allottees who have outstanding payments on their properties.
Enhanced Support Services for Applicants
To facilitate the application process, the LDA has established a dedicated help desk at its office, offering assistance with online submissions. Additionally, the authority is conducting camps across various project sites to provide on-the-spot support. One such camp at Bhawani Market in Jankipuram Extension will continue operations on Tuesday, ensuring accessible aid for allottees.
