LDA Additional Secretary CP Tripathi outlined the financial obligations, stating that the registration fee is set at Rs 55,658 for one-bedroom flats and Rs 1,00,852 for two-bedroom units. Importantly, this fee is fully refundable in the event that an applicant is not successful in the allotment lottery, mitigating financial risk for participants.

During a recent site inspection, LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar issued directives to enhance the project's infrastructure. Officials have been tasked with preparing a proposal for a multilevel parking facility capable of accommodating around 500 cars, with a deadline of 15 days. Additionally, Kumar mandated the completion of critical utilities, including drainage systems, rainwater harvesting setups, and sewer connections, within one month to ensure timely project delivery.
