According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the family has acquired three apartments in a redevelopment project on Carter Road, with the total transaction value pegged at Rs 38.21 crore.

High-Value Deal in Carter Road Project

The apartments are located in a building named Varun, part of a redevelopment project on Carter Road. The units, situated on a higher floor, were purchased from Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, an arm of Lotus Developers. The investment has been structured across the family, with Pooja Dadlani, her husband, and her father each buying one apartment.

Property Specifications

Each unit boasts a carpet area of 1,511.15 square feet and includes an 81.16 square feet balcony. The combined area of all three apartments totals 4,776 square feet. The deal also includes six parking spaces. The buyers paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.16 crore along with a registration fee of Rs 90,000.

Registration and Possession Timeline

The transactions were registered on April 21, 2026. The project is currently under construction, with possession expected in December 2028. CRE Matrix noted that the development follows a redevelopment model, with the builder acquiring development rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society Limited.
