Renowned Bollywood actress Tabu has significantly expanded her property holdings with a major acquisition in Mumbai's upscale Versova neighborhood. The celebrated performer has purchased a luxury apartment valued at Rs 10 crore, according to official documents accessed by real estate research firm Liases Foras.

The transaction involves a residential unit within the prestigious Godrej Skyshore development, completed through direct dealings with Godrej Properties. The apartment itself encompasses approximately 2,153 square feet of living space, complemented by a spacious balcony measuring around 127 square feet.
The registration process was finalized on March 26, 2026, with Tabu paying a stamp duty of Rs 5.24 lakh alongside a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to complete the substantial real estate deal. As part of this premium purchase, the actress has also secured two dedicated car parking spaces within the development.

Godrej Skyshore represents a premium residential project spread across more than 27,000 square feet of prime Versova real estate. The development will feature two distinct towers—designated as Tower A and Tower B—each rising to an impressive 24 floors above ground level.
The architectural plan includes five basement levels and a ground floor, with the entire project comprising just 126 residential units.
