Hyderabad: The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) secured Rs 204 crore per acre for a 5.09-acre plot in Raidurg during the land e-auction conducted on Monday. Sources confirmed that Vamsiram builders purchased the premium plot for Rs 1,040 crore. This follows a previous auction last week where a 6.29-acre plot in the same Raidurg area was sold at Rs 237 crore per acre. Together, these two land parcels, measuring 11.38 acres, have generated a combined revenue of Rs 2,529 crore for the government.
Auction Details
Officials stated that in Monday’s auction, the government achieved a substantial 46.8% premium over the reserved price of Rs 139 crore. While the first land parcel of 6.29 acres is located on the main road of Raidurg with favorable plot dimensions, the second 5.09-acre plot is situated slightly inside. However, both plots are adjacent to a 45-meter road, according to officials.
K Shashanka, TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director, commented, “Together, these dual auctions generated an average realization of Rs 222 crore per acre, representing an exceptional 60% appreciation over the base price and marking a significant 42% increase from the previous 2025 average of Rs 156 crore per acre. This upward trajectory in pricing reflects the intensifying competition among premier developers and the market’s increasingly bullish outlook on Hyderabad’s strategic corridors, validating Telangana’s position as a high-growth destination for institutional real estate capital.”

Both auctions were conducted through the MSTC e-auction platform, with JLL serving as the exclusive transaction advisor. This ensured transparency and enabled competitive participation from leading national developers.
