Tribune Realty Expo in Ludhiana Gets Over 1,000 Visitors

The two-day Tribune Real Estate Expo 2026 wrapped up on Sunday at Hotel Park Plaza in Ludhiana, drawing more than 1,000 visitors over the weekend. The event saw a steady influx of homebuyers, investors, and property enthusiasts from Ludhiana and surrounding areas, reflecting renewed confidence in Punjab’s real estate market.

Strong Buyer Turnout and Developer Participation

Prospective buyers explored a wide range of residential and commercial projects, including apartments, independent floors, villas, plotted developments, and retail spaces. Leading developers showcased their offerings, allowing visitors to compare prices, locations, amenities, and investment potential under one roof. The second day maintained momentum with consistent footfall as attendees engaged directly with company representatives to discuss project specifications, financing options, and possession timelines.

Among the distinguished visitors was Mohinder Goyal, president of CREDAI Punjab, the apex body of real estate developers in the country. Goyal praised The Tribune for organising the expo, stating, "Such initiatives provide a credible platform where reputed developers and genuine buyers can come together under one roof, helping customers make informed property decisions." He added that property exhibitions contribute to greater transparency in the real estate sector and reflect the positive growth of the state’s housing market.
