IACC Launches Rajasthan Chapter for Indo-US Business

The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) has formally entered Rajasthan with a dedicated chapter aimed at connecting local businesses with the United States. The initiative focuses on key sectors such as gems and jewellery, handicrafts, textiles, and readymade garments.

Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari described the launch as a long-awaited step in taking Indo-US economic engagement to the state level. She stated that the initiative will act as a pathway to innovation, job creation, and sustainable growth for Rajasthan.

Jonathan Heimer, Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs at the US Embassy, underscored the importance of this strategic expansion. He emphasized that the investments and connections forged today would deliver lasting benefits for future generations.

Vaibhav Gupta, who will head the new chapter, said the IACC would enable deeper business linkages, policy dialogues, and cross-border collaborations aligned with the ‘Make in India’ vision. The chapter aims to facilitate trade and investment flows between Rajasthan and the United States.
