BSEB Warns: Illegal Exam Entry Leads to 2-Year Ban, FIR

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued a firm and uncompromising warning to students appearing for the Intermediate Annual Examination 2026, emphasizing that any attempt to gain illegal entry into examination centers after the scheduled reporting time will be met with severe punitive measures. This directive aims to uphold the integrity and discipline of the examination process across the state.

Strict Consequences for Violators

According to an official notification released by the board, candidates who forcibly or unlawfully enter exam premises beyond the designated time will face significant repercussions. Specifically, such individuals will be debarred from appearing in any board examinations for a period of two years. Furthermore, the board has mandated that a First Information Report (FIR) will be lodged against the violators with local law enforcement authorities, adding a legal dimension to the disciplinary action.

Ensuring Fairness and Transparency

The BSEB has clarified that this stringent approach is part of a broader initiative to ensure discipline, transparency, and fairness in the conduct of examinations. Authorities at all examination centers have been instructed to strictly monitor entry points and take immediate action against anyone attempting to breach the rules. This move is expected to deter malpractice and maintain a level playing field for all examinees.
