The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) Odisha is set to announce the results of the Annual Higher Secondary Examination (AHSE) 2026 today, May 20, 2026. School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond confirmed that the results will be published between 12:30 pm and 1 pm.
Stream-wise Results Declared Simultaneously
This year, the Odisha Class 12 results for Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational Education streams will be declared simultaneously. In previous years, the Commerce and Science results were announced before the Arts stream. Students can access their provisional marksheets online through the official websites and DigiLocker using their roll number and registration number.
Over Four Lakh Students Appeared for AHSE 2026
The AHSE 2026 examinations began on February 18 and continued until March 25, 2026. The examinations were conducted in offline mode at centers across the state. According to official figures, 2,56,707 students appeared for the Humanities examinations, while 1,14,363 students appeared in the Science stream. A total of 24,621 candidates took the Commerce examinations, and 5,932 students appeared for Vocational Education courses.
Passing Criteria and Supplementary Exams
Students must secure a minimum aggregate of 33 percent in each subject to pass the examination. Candidates who fail to meet the required marks will be eligible to apply for supplementary examinations, which are expected to be conducted in June.
Online Marksheet Details
The online marksheet will include subject-wise marks, total marks obtained, division, and qualifying status. Original certificates and marksheets will be distributed later through schools.

Last year, the Odisha Class 12 board examination results were announced in May as part of the board's regular academic schedule.

- Open the "Education" or "Results" section.
- Select Odisha Board from the list.
- Click on "Class 12 Result 2026".

Meanwhile, the Board of Secondary Education has extended the last date for form fill-up for the supplementary HSC Class 10 examination till May 25 following requests from school principals.
