A farmer's daughter from Devban village in Kaithal district has achieved remarkable success by securing the third rank in Haryana in the Class X examinations conducted by the Board of School Education Haryana. Mansi, who also featured among the district's top three students, scored an impressive 497 out of 500 marks.
Academic Excellence and Discipline
Speaking about her achievement, Mansi credited her disciplined approach and regular study habits. She said, 'I studied for around four to five hours daily after school and stayed away from mobile phones and other electronic gadgets.' Her father, Sanjay, is a farmer, and her mother, Anita Devi, is a homemaker. The family's support played a crucial role in her success.
District Performance
Kaithal district recorded an overall pass percentage of 91.6% in the Class X exams. According to official data, 13,528 students appeared for the examinations, of whom 12,388 passed while 267 were placed in the reappear category. District education office result nodal officer Praveen Thareja congratulated the successful students and wished them success in the future.
District Merit List
In the district merit list, Riya from Devban village, Diksha from Kailram, and Kartik from Kamalpur jointly secured the second position with 496 marks each. Yashika from Rajound, Alka Dhull from Badsikri, and Lakshya and Jyoti jointly secured the third position in the district with 495 marks each. These students have set a benchmark for academic excellence in the region.
