Examination Schedule and Post Details
The written examinations are scheduled to be conducted in a phased manner, commencing on May 03, 2026. Subsequent examination sessions will follow on May 10, 2026 and May 17, 2026, with tests being held at various centers across Gujarat. The posts included in this schedule encompass a diverse range of roles such as:
- Assistant Engineer
- Deputy Executive Engineer
- Assistant Professor
These positions fall under various state departments and municipal corporations, reflecting the broad scope of this recruitment drive. The commission has organized the timetable according to specific post groups, with admit cards being issued accordingly through the official OJAS portal.
Admit Card Download and Verification Process
Candidates who have successfully applied through the official recruitment process will be able to download their examination call letters from the GPSC OJAS portal once they are released as per the notified schedule. The download process requires candidates to use their unique confirmation number along with their date of birth for authentication purposes.
For those encountering difficulties in generating their admit cards, the commission has established an unblocking procedure that involves payment of a processing fee of Rs. 500. It is mandatory for candidates to verify their payment status before the call letter becomes available for download. All verification must be completed exclusively through the official website system as per commission instructions.
Eligibility Requirements and Consent Form Regulations
The commission has reiterated important eligibility criteria that candidates must fulfill to appear for the examinations. Specifically, candidates who were required to submit consent forms and deposits for specified advertisements but failed to comply with these requirements will not be eligible to participate in the scheduled tests.
Only those applicants who have completed all required formalities within the stipulated process timeframe will be considered for examination participation. This strict adherence to guidelines ensures fairness and transparency in the recruitment process.
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Candidates facing technical issues or other problems despite successful payment or application confirmation have specific recourse options. They must approach the commission office with proper proof of payment before the last working day prior to their scheduled examination.
Alternatively, grievances may be submitted via email to psisec-gpscahd@gujarat.gov.in for verification and resolution. All such communications must follow the official procedure as specified in the notification document to ensure proper handling and timely resolution of issues.
The commission emphasizes that candidates should regularly check the official GPSC OJAS portal for updates and adhere strictly to all published guidelines to ensure smooth participation in the examination process.
