Lucknow witnessed a wave of celebration as the ICSE and ISC 2026 results were declared, turning school campuses into scenes of joy, relief, and pride. Students cheered loudly, clicked selfies with friends and teachers, while emotional parents watched with teary eyes, soaking in the proud moment.
Top Achievers and Their Stories
Among the achievers, Harsh Kashyap, a student of Modern Academy, secured 92.75% in ISC and qualified JEE Main, making his family proud. Son of a driver, Rakesh Kashyap, and a homemaker, Sangeeta Kashyap, his journey stood as a testament to perseverance. "This result is for my parents who believed in me every single day," he said.
Abhiyansh Shukla of La Martiniere College scored an impressive 98.4% in Class XII. A NEET aspirant with a COE scholarship at Aakash Institute, he shared a grounded perspective inspired by his father, who is also a doctor. "What truly matters is who you are becoming through this journey. Marks are important, but they do not define you. It is your sincerity, discipline, consistency and the way you keep learning that truly shapes your future. I want to pursue neurosurgery and research in neurology. I believe success comes from staying honest to your goals, working hard and never letting numbers limit your potential," he said.
At La Martiniere Girls College, Nandika Gupta (98.25%) of Class XII impressed all with a perfect score in accounts, 99 in English, and 96 in economics. Celebrating with friends and family, she said consistency and self-belief kept her going.
More Outstanding Performances
Seth MR Jaipuria School Class XII student Samriddhi Shukla scored 97.1% with uniform 97s across subjects. "Practising previous-year questions and staying disciplined helped me stay confident," she said.
Granth Srivastava from St Francis College scored 96% in Class X. "Studying consistently for 4-6 hours daily, apart from school and tuition, helped me stay focused on my goals. I strongly believe that self-belief, dedication and discipline are the keys to success. There were challenging days, but I kept pushing myself with the dream of becoming a doctor. My parents have been my biggest support system. This achievement is just the beginning of what I aspire to accomplish in the future," he said.
Spring Dale College, Indira Nagar branch, saw Shrishti Singh scoring 98.5% in Class XII and Aseem Kumar Patil 97.4% in Class X. The Kanpur Road branch recorded Ayushi Singh at 98.8% in Class XII and Saanvi Bhaskar at 96.8% in Class X. In its Gomti Nagar branch, Kartik Khandpal secured 96.5% in Class XII and Shuhani Yadav achieved 95% in Class X, reflecting strong overall performance across branches.
Seth MR Jaipuria School student Vidushi Srivastava scored 99% in ICSE without coaching. "Self-study and clarity in concepts made all the difference," she said.
Prisha Singh, another topper from La Martiniere Girls College, scored 98.8% and joined her peers in celebrations. "Hard work pays off, and today feels truly special," she said.
At City Montessori School, Prashasti Singh scored 98% in Class X and Yashasvi Verma, who scored 95% in Class XII, celebrated with their families. Yashasvi said, "My parents' support kept me motivated throughout."
School-Wide Celebrations
At Modern Academy School, high scorers celebrated their success with elan. Director of Modern Groups of Institutions, Rajiv Tuli, said, "In Class X, Khadeeja Javed scored 99%, Piyush Maurya scored 98.2%, and Ishan Tiwari scored 98%. In Class XII, Pratayasha Samantray scored 97.5% and Ankur Singh Rathore scored 97%."
At Modern School, Ishaan Singh Negi topped ICSE with 97.4%, scoring a perfect 100 in computer applications and 99 in science. Ojasvi Tripathi led the Class XII batch with 98%.
At Loreto Convent Intermediate College, Devishi Anand of Class XII secured 92%, marking a strong performance in the science stream.
