A student of Seth MR Jaipuria School in Lucknow, Saanvi Agarwal, delivered an extraordinary academic performance by securing 98.2 percent in the Class X examination despite suffering severe setbacks just weeks before her exams.
A split air conditioner blast triggered a house fire that destroyed her notes, study materials, and electronic devices in the last week of October, just before her pre-board examinations. This tragic incident was compounded by her battle with bronchitis and intense stress during the crucial preparation phase, occurring merely 10 to 15 days before the board examinations. Additionally, her family relocated to a new residence amidst these challenges.
Despite these hardships, Saanvi achieved perfect scores of 100 in Chemistry, History, and English Literature. She also secured 99 in Mathematics and Computer Applications, and 97 in Biology and English Language.
Reflecting on her journey, Saanvi said, "There were moments when everything felt lost, but I chose to start again with whatever I had left. This result is not just about marks; it is about not giving up even when life completely changes your path."
