The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has declared the Class 12 result for the academic year 2025-2026. Students who appeared for the examination can now check and download their scorecards from the official website pseb.ac.in. The result was announced on May 13, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Over 3.5 lakh students appeared for the exams conducted in March and April 2026.
How to Download PSEB 12th Scorecard 2026
To download the scorecard, students need to follow these steps:
- Visit the official website: pseb.ac.in.
- Click on the link 'PSEB 12th Result 2026' on the homepage.
- Enter your roll number and date of birth in the login portal.
- Click on 'Submit' to view your result.
- Download and take a printout of the scorecard for future reference.
Details Mentioned on the Scorecard
The PSEB 12th scorecard includes the following details: student's name, roll number, father's name, mother's name, school name, subject-wise marks, total marks, percentage, and grade. Students must verify all details carefully. In case of any discrepancy, they should contact the board immediately.
Important Points for Students
- The scorecard is provisional. The original mark sheet will be issued by the board later.
- Students must keep the scorecard safe for admission and other purposes.
- The result can also be checked via SMS. Students can send a message to 56767 with their roll number.
This year, the overall pass percentage is 87.5%, which is a slight increase from last year. Girls have outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 91.2%, while boys achieved 84.8%. The top three districts in terms of pass percentage are Mohali, Ludhiana, and Patiala.
Re-evaluation and Supplementary Exams
Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-evaluation. The application process will start from May 16, 2026, on the official website. The fee for re-evaluation is Rs. 500 per subject. Additionally, students who failed in one or two subjects can appear for the supplementary exams scheduled in July 2026.
