Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Class X state board examination results will be announced on Wednesday, May 20, at 9:30 AM. Students can access their results using their registration number or date of birth through multiple platforms, including the official websites www.tnresults.nic.in, www.dge.tn.gov.in, and results.digilocker.gov.in.
Result Announcement and Distribution
School Education Minister Rajmohan will officially release the results at the Anna Centenary Library in Kotturpuram. Following the announcement, results will be disseminated to students via SMS to the mobile number provided in the undertaking form submitted at their schools. For private candidates, the SMS will be sent to the mobile number they provided during the application process.
WhatsApp and Helpline Services
Building on the success of the Class XII results released on May 8, the Directorate of Government Examinations has enabled result checking through WhatsApp for Class X as well. Students can send a 'Hi' to 7845252525 on WhatsApp, select the department name (Directorate of Government Examinations) and the class in the subsequent message, and then type their examination number and date of birth to receive their results. This feature is facilitated by the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency.
For any queries regarding the examination results, candidates can contact the helpline number 14417. The department has urged students and parents to face the results calmly and confidently and to make use of helplines 104 or 14416 for further assistance.
