Comprehensive Recruitment Drive and Revised Center Allocations

This significant recruitment initiative, advertised under Advertisement No. GT/MT-MGR/12/2025, encompasses a wide array of engineering and management disciplines. The posts are open in fields including Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Geology, Process, Material, Contract Management, System, Personnel, and Marketing.

Due to an exceptionally high volume of applications received, MOIL Limited has implemented revised examination center allocations for some candidates. To manage logistics, certain applicants have been assigned centers in nearby cities instead of their originally listed base locations.

  • In Chhattisgarh, candidates originally allocated to Raipur will now take their exam in Bhilai, located approximately 33 kilometers away.
  • For the New Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR), some candidates have been reassigned to centers in Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida, with travel distances varying between 15 to 30 kilometers from their base locations.

Examination Pattern, Selection Process, and Candidate Support

Alongside the admit cards, MOIL has provided a detailed information handout that outlines the complete structure and pattern of the online examination. Candidates are strongly advised to download and study this document thoroughly before the test date.

The selection process consists of a two-stage evaluation:

  1. Computer-Based Online Test: A 90-minute examination comprising objective-type questions. The test carries a total of 85 marks and covers subjects such as General Knowledge, Reasoning, and General English.
  2. Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify in the online test will be shortlisted for a subsequent personal interview round.

The qualifying marks are set as follows:

  • General & EWS Category: Candidates must secure a minimum of 50 percent in each segment of the online test.
  • SC, ST, PwBD, & OBC Category: Candidates must secure a minimum of 40 percent in each segment.

To assist candidates, MOIL Limited has also established a dedicated FAQ section on the download portal. This resource is designed to help applicants troubleshoot any issues they may encounter while downloading their call letters or accessing the information handout.

All eligible candidates are urged to download their admit cards promptly and carefully review all provided instructions to ensure a smooth examination experience on April 3, 2026.
