The organization has enabled the facility to download call letters and comprehensive information handouts for applicants appearing in the online examination for Graduate Trainees, Management Trainees, and Manager (Survey) positions.
Examination Schedule and Download Timeline
The computer-based online test is firmly scheduled to be conducted on April 3, 2026. In preparation, the download portal for accessing essential examination documents was activated on March 17, 2026. This facility will remain operational and accessible to candidates until the examination date itself, April 3, 2026.
Candidates must visit the official MOIL Limited website and use their registration number or roll number along with their password or date of birth to securely download their individual call letters. This step is mandatory for gaining entry to the examination center.
Comprehensive Recruitment Drive and Revised Center Allocations
This significant recruitment initiative, advertised under Advertisement No. GT/MT-MGR/12/2025, encompasses a wide array of engineering and management disciplines. The posts are open in fields including Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Geology, Process, Material, Contract Management, System, Personnel, and Marketing.
Due to an exceptionally high volume of applications received, MOIL Limited has implemented revised examination center allocations for some candidates. To manage logistics, certain applicants have been assigned centers in nearby cities instead of their originally listed base locations.
- In Chhattisgarh, candidates originally allocated to Raipur will now take their exam in Bhilai, located approximately 33 kilometers away.
- For the New Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR), some candidates have been reassigned to centers in Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida, with travel distances varying between 15 to 30 kilometers from their base locations.
Examination Pattern, Selection Process, and Candidate Support

The selection process consists of a two-stage evaluation:

The qualifying marks are set as follows:
- General & EWS Category: Candidates must secure a minimum of 50 percent in each segment of the online test.
