PSPCL Initiates Online Registration for 622 Junior Engineer Electrical Positions
Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has officially commenced the online registration process for the recruitment of Junior Engineer (Electrical) posts, starting today, April 20, 2026. - A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) / Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical) with a minimum of 50% marks.
- An Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with at least 50% marks.
- Age Limit: The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 37 years as of January 1, 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Punjab government regulations.
Application Fee and Selection Process
The application fee structure is as follows:
- ₹1200 for all candidates, except those from Scheduled Caste (SC) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories.
- ₹750 for SC and PwD candidates.
Additional GST and bank charges will apply, and payment must be made online only. The selection process will be based on an online computer-based test, comprising 100 multiple-choice questions covering:

Each correct answer carries one mark, with a negative marking of 0.25 marks for incorrect responses.
