- For BE, B.Tech, BSc in Physics or Chemistry, Integrated MSc, BS-MS in Physics or Chemistry, and Integrated MTech courses: Candidates should have successfully completed the fourth semester at the time of application. - For ME, MTech, and MSc courses: Applicants must have completed the first semester of their program. Selection will be based on marks obtained in their qualifying degree.
