Nasreen is the daughter of a tailor who works in Delhi, and she comes from a family of five siblings. She pursued her education at the Upgraded Higher Secondary School (10+2) in her maternal village, relying primarily on home-based preparation and supplementing her studies with online classes. Her elder brother, Arman Ansari, noted that she was born at their maternal grandfather's home, where she continued her studies and eventually scored an impressive 477 marks in the exam.
