Through this newly established agreement, VIT will offer a specialized B.Tech program in Manufacturing Engineering exclusively for employees of Tata Motors. The program is scheduled to commence from the academic year 2026-27 and will primarily cater to staff members working at the Tata Motors Ranipet plant. This initiative represents a targeted effort to enhance the technical skills and qualifications of the workforce in a key manufacturing hub.
