As reported by Cinema Express, Sesh described meeting a lawyer from Tamil Nadu during the 'Dacoit' promotions. The fan shared that he had been attacked by a group, hospitalized for an extended period, and subsequently feared leaving his home. He credited Sesh's previous film 'Major' with giving him the courage to face life again. "The first thing he did after coming out was watch this film (Dacoit). He said he loved it and had come specially to meet me," Sesh recounted, visibly moved by the encounter.
Reflections on Cinema and Humanity
This interaction led Sesh to reflect on the essence of filmmaking. "At that moment, I realised that while we keep thinking about cinema and business, we sometimes forget humanity. He reminded me of that, and also of why I make films," he said. He also mentioned receiving an Indian flag as a gift from fans, describing the love as "very real" and emphasizing that success stems from hard work. Sesh expressed his long-standing desire to create meaningful cinema, stating that 'Dacoit' has brought him immense happiness in achieving this goal.

Sesh detailed the challenging production conditions faced by the team. The film was shot in extreme environments, including mountainous regions with temperatures soaring to 45 degrees Celsius. He highlighted risky situations, particularly during the climax, and praised the crew's dedication to achieving realism. On the musical front, Sesh noted that the climax background score has received widespread appreciation, marking 'Dacoit' as his first musical hit with all four songs trending.

Directed by Shaneil Deo and co-written by Deo and Adivi Sesh, 'Dacoit' features Mrunal Thakur as Juliet, whose apparent betrayal leads to Sesh's character Hari being imprisoned.
