Bhishmar's Grand Audio Launch in Kochi: A Star-Studded Evening

The grand audio launch of the highly anticipated film 'Bhishmar,' directed by East Coast Vijayan, took place at the IMA Hall in Kochi on the final day of the event. The occasion was graced by the presence of 'Bha.Bha.Ba.' actor Dileep, who served as the Chief Guest. In a ceremonial moment, Dileep officially released the music album by handing over the music CD to director East Coast Vijayan, marking a significant milestone for the project.

Opening Ceremonies and Live Performances

The evening commenced with a devotional Ganapathi stuti performed by Ranjin Raj, setting a spiritual tone for the event. This was followed by a classical dance recital by Jasna Jayadeesh, which captivated the audience. The hall remained packed throughout, filled with enthusiastic fans, dedicated technicians, and invited guests who gathered to celebrate the film's music.

A major highlight of the ceremony was the live performance of the title track "Kattupuli." Lead actors Dhyan Sreenivasan and Vishnu Unnikrishnan took the stage together, delivering an energetic and memorable rendition that thrilled the crowd.

'Bhishmar' features a diverse soundtrack comprising six tracks, including a devotional slokam. The music is composed by Ranjin Raj and K.A. Latheef, with lyrics contributed by B.K. Harinarayanan, Santhosh Varma, and O.M. Karuvarakundu. The album expertly blends romance, devotion, and celebratory moods, offering a mix that appeals to a wide audience.

Voices featured in the soundtrack include Vineeth Sreenivasan, Anila Rajeev, Dana Rasheed, Ranjin Raj, Binu Thrikkakkara, along with Dhyan Sreenivasan and Vishnu Unnikrishnan. Two romantic numbers, 'Ithiri Ponnoru' and 'Ambala Pravinte,' stand out prominently in East Coast Vijayan's directorial effort.

Another notable inclusion is the revival of East Coast’s evergreen Mappilappattu hit "Paal Nila Punchiri." The new version, composed by K.A. Latheef with lyrics by O.M. Karuvarakundu, is sung by Dana Rasheed. The album also features the energetic title song "Kattupuli" and a wedding-themed track "Kalyanam," sung by Binu Thrikkakkara. A devotional slokam by Ranjin Raj completes the soundtrack, adding a spiritual dimension.

'Bhishmar' marks the first on-screen collaboration between Dhyan Sreenivasan and Vishnu Unnikrishnan, generating significant buzz among fans. It also becomes East Coast Vijayan’s second project with Vishnu after 'Kallanum Bhagavathiyum.' The female cast is led by Divya Pillai and Ammera.
