Harshvardhan Rane has disclosed that he is undergoing training in a remote location while filming an action sequence for his upcoming movie Force 3. The actor incorporated Newton's Second Law of Motion as a reference during his workout for an intense scene.
Training Routine Revealed
Rane shared a reel video showcasing his rigorous exercise regimen, focusing on his back, shoulders, and biceps. He begins with a band workout targeting his triceps, transitions to a bench workout for his muscular back, and concludes with a set of shoulder shrugs.
In the caption, the 42-year-old actor explained that he could not travel to Mumbai for training due to a travel time exceeding five hours round trip. Consequently, he requested his trainer, Rohit Y Son, to train him "in the middle of nowhere."
Newton's Law as Fitness Reference
Using Newton's Second Law of Motion, expressed as F = m x a, Rane applied it as a fitness reference while preparing for intense sequences in Force 3. He wrote: "F = m x a I couldnt come to mumbai as the travel time both ways is above 5 hours per day, so requested @rohityson_ sir to train me in the middle of no where while we shoot for action sequence for #FORCE3."
Glimpse into Daily Routine
On May 7, the actor, who made his cinematic debut in 2016 with Sanam Teri Kasam, offered a glimpse into his daily routine. He spoke about obtaining "Vit D from Sunlight, Vit B from Breakfast, and Vit F from Force 3." Sharing a video from the shoot location, Rane was seen sitting outside his caravan, soaking up the sun while enjoying a hearty breakfast. The caption read: "Vit D from Sunlight, Vit B from Breakfast, Vit F from Force3 #Action #Force3."
