This space comprises a RERA-certified carpet area of 3,158 square feet along with an additional balcony area measuring 97.62 square feet. As part of the lease agreement, JA Entertainment Private Limited has provided a substantial security deposit of Rs 66 lakh. The landlord for this premium property continues to be Bajaj Builders, who have maintained ownership since the previous leasing arrangement.
