Tollywood veteran Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Gopichand Malineni are collaborating on an upcoming movie tentatively titled ‘NBK111’. While Nayanthara was initially announced as the female lead, the latest reports indicate that Kajal Aggarwal has replaced her.

According to Moneycontrol, Nayanthara is no longer part of the project, and Kajal Aggarwal has been roped in her place. Reports further suggest that she has joined the film and started shooting as of today. The team believes she is a good fit for the role, and this duo will bring a fresh pairing to the screen.
Why Did Nayanthara Opt Out?
Several reasons have been cited for the casting change. It is reported that Nayanthara demanded a high payment, close to ten crore rupees. The makers also faced difficulties matching her dates. Additionally, she typically does not participate in film promotions, which posed challenges for the team. Consequently, the makers decided to move forward without her.
