In a candid revelation, Bollywood actor Mrunal Thakur has confirmed that marriage is a definite part of her future plans, but she insists it will happen strictly on her own terms. During a recent interaction with PTI, the star clarified that while a wedding is "on the cards", she is patiently waiting for the right person to enter her life. This statement comes just days after she firmly dismissed persistent rumours linking her romantically to acclaimed actor Dhanush.

When questioned about the ongoing buzz surrounding her personal life, Mrunal made her intentions clear. "Yes, wedding is on the cards and whenever the right day, the right time and the right person walks into my life, I will be the first one to announce it on my social networking sites," she asserted. However, in an interview with Galatta Plus, when indirectly asked about the speculation, Mrunal firmly denied the claims with a touch of humour. "Me? No. I think 14th April is going to be the 1st April... 14th Feb is going to be the 1st April. April Fools' Day. Because I don’t know who started... First of all, I’ve been quoted, but I never said anything. And they just said, Mrunal said so. I was like, wow, how beautiful. It’s scary," she stated, expressing frustration over the misinformation.

Mrunal and Dhanush have never officially confirmed any romantic involvement, but speculation began circulating last year. Before August, Mrunal attended the wrap-up party of Dhanush's film Tere Ishk Mein, which initially caught public attention.
