Ram Charan's Wrist Injury Worsened to Seven Tears

Ram Charan underwent a dramatic muscular transformation for his role as a wrestler in the upcoming sports drama 'Peddi'. However, the journey was not without its share of injuries. The actor recently revealed that his wrist injury progressed from one tear to seven during the shoot.

Ram Charan's Wrist Injury

While speaking with India Today, Ram Charan shared that he was injured three or four days before a wrestling scene. He heard a click, which he thought was a cartilage tear. Fearing that a diagnosis might affect his mindset, he avoided getting an MRI immediately. He later added that what started as a single tear worsened after shooting for nearly 20 days. "It was one tear, but now it's seven tears because of the 20 days of shoot. I just had to get through the film and wanted it to come on June 4," he said.

Earlier in March, it was reported that Ram Charan was injured near his eye during an action sequence. He required four sutures for the wound. The team confirmed it was a minor injury, dispelling concerns that his eye was hurt.
