The director, known for his candid opinions, has not only labeled the movie a groundbreaking success but has also teased that its upcoming sequel, 'Dhurandhar 2', is poised to send shockwaves through the Hindi film industry.
RGV's Fiery Endorsement on Social Media
Taking to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday, Ram Gopal Varma shared a vivid metaphor for the film's disruptive influence. He stated that the southern film industry's incursion into Bollywood, which he termed a "fireball," was powerfully countered by director Aditya Dhar's project. "THE FIREBALL of the SOUTHIES invasion into BOLLYWOOD has been KICKED back by @AdityaDharFilms’ left foot, named #dhurandhar, and now his right foot is getting ready with #dhurandhar 2," RGV wrote.

"Whenever a pathbreaking and monstrous hit like #dhurandhar comes, the industry people will wish to ignore it because they will feel threatened by it due to their inability to match its standards," Varma explained.
