Speaking on the Punjab First Voice podcast, Shahid Kapoor disclosed that after 22 years in the industry, he has mastered the art of not bringing his work home. "Once I'm back, I take on the role of a father, husband, and son," he stated firmly. The actor believes that professional life and personal stardom should not invade one's private space.
He credited his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor, for being instrumental in creating this protective, drama-free environment. "Mira is very supportive. She has made a rule that when we are at home, we don't discuss work," Shahid revealed. He added that it is exceptionally rare for film-related conversations to occur within their household.
