Shraddha Kapoor and Randeep Hooda Conclude Pune Filming for 'Eetha'

Bollywood actors Shraddha Kapoor and Randeep Hooda have successfully wrapped up the Pune schedule of their highly anticipated upcoming film, "Eetha". The conclusion of this significant filming leg was commemorated with a joyous cake-cutting ceremony on the set, attended by the entire cast and crew.

Celebratory Moments and Production Details

The festive event was captured in a video that showcased the team's camaraderie and excitement as they marked the completion of this phase. Director Laxman Utekar was present alongside key members of the production team, overseeing the final moments of the Pune shoot. This schedule, which extended over multiple locations in and around Pune, wrapped up earlier this week following an intensive period of filming.

This development comes after the film previously completed its Mumbai schedule, where shooting took place from late January through February. "Eetha" is a culturally rich project based on the life of one of India's earliest Tamasha and Lavni dancers, promising to deliver a powerful and authentic narrative rooted in traditional performing arts.

Randeep Hooda's Upcoming Projects and Personal Life

In addition to "Eetha", Randeep Hooda is set to appear in the epic war drama "Operation Khukri". The actor has secured the official movie rights to the book "Operation Khukri: The Untold Story of the Indian Army's Bravest Peacekeeping Mission Abroad" by Major General Rajpal Punia and Damini Punia.

The film will depict the harrowing real-life events from the year 2000, when 233 Indian soldiers were held hostage by rebel forces in Sierra Leone, West Africa. It will focus on the subsequent high-risk rescue mission, with Randeep portraying Major General Raj Pal Punia, who was then a young Company Commander of the 14th Mechanised Infantry. His role involves navigating the tense standoff and leading the extraordinary rescue operation under challenging jungle warfare conditions.

On a personal note, Randeep Hooda and his wife, Lin Laishram, are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child. The couple announced this joyful news on Instagram on November 29, sharing a joint post that read: "Two years of love, adventure, and now... a little wild one on the way." The post was accompanied by symbolic emojis including a tiger face, red heart, and infinity symbol.
