When questioned about her thoughts on the new Game of Thrones spinoff, she revealed a surprising truth. She stated, "If I'm totally honest, anything Game of Thrones, I don't think I can [watch]. I can't even hear the theme tune. It gives me crazy anxiety." Turner further elaborated that although she had an incredible experience working on the show, she finds it impossible to watch anything related to it now.

She expressed contentment with Sansa Stark's ending and suggested it might be time to bid farewell to the role. "I think it's time to say goodbye to Sansa. I'm ready-ish to say goodbye to her. I think my watch has ended," she concluded, indicating a sense of closure with the character that defined a significant part of her career.
