Sudha Chandra Opens Up About Terrifying Paranormal Encounter and Spiritual Trance
Sudha Chandra, widely beloved for her captivating role in the popular television series Naagin 6, has recently captured public attention after a video from her participation in Mata Ki Chowki went viral across social media platforms. In a candid and revealing interview on the Hindi Rush podcast, the actress delved into this spiritual event and recounted a horrifying paranormal incident from her past, shedding light on her sensitivity to supernatural energies.
A Harrowing Paranormal Attack in Gujarat
Sudha Chandra disclosed a chilling episode that occurred while she was filming in Gujarat, emphasizing her acute ability to detect paranormal activity swiftly. "I can sense paranormal activity very quickly," she stated, describing the attack that unfolded before her eyes. "This happened when I was shooting in Gujarat. It happened right in front of my eyes. I was attacked once."
She elaborated on the terrifying details, recalling how she awoke to find a cupboard in her room inexplicably open. "I could sense an energy moving towards me. When it reached me, it felt like a heavy weight pressing down on my chest," Sudha shared. Despite her mother being present nearby, she found herself paralyzed and unable to cry out for help. "I was trying to open my mouth, but no sound was coming out. I couldn't move my hands, even though my mother was right next to me."
In a desperate moment, Sudha invoked Lord Kartik, managed to strike her mother with her hand, and suddenly regained her voice. "The pressure that was on my chest slowly lifted and left my body," she recounted. Her mother promptly comforted her by applying vibhuti, which calmed her completely, highlighting the family's spiritual practices in coping with such experiences.
Intense Trance-Like State During Mata Ki Chowki
Reflecting on the viral Mata Ki Chowki event, Sudha described entering a profound trance-like state, during which she lost awareness of her identity. "I don't remember who I was when I was in that zone," she admitted, cautiously addressing speculation about divine possession. "I won't even say that the goddess herself entered me, because if that happens, your body will explode. No human can endure that energy. Some percentage of her might have entered me as a blessing; that's it."
She expressed uncertainty about the exact nature of the experience but affirmed her belief in such spiritual phenomena. "Maybe it was her presence, maybe not. But I do know that I am blessed. I believe in these things, and it has happened with me," Sudha asserted, underscoring her personal faith and the transformative impact of the event.
Physical Aftermath and Public Reactions
The actress revealed that the trance left her physically exhausted, with an astonishing consumption of water afterward. "This time it was a little 'high energy.' I get very tired after it, and my family told me that in about six to seven minutes, I drank around four litres of water," she shared, questioning the human feasibility of such an act. "I mean, is that even humanly possible? My husband told me that I was begging for water."
Addressing mixed reactions from the public, including jokes about her being drunk from New Year's celebrations, Sudha maintained a philosophical outlook. "People made several comments, like someone said I was still drunk from the New Year's party. I can only laugh at things like this because I think, 'To each his own,'" she remarked, demonstrating resilience in the face of skepticism.
This interview not only highlights Sudha Chandra's openness about her spiritual journey but also adds a layer of depth to her public persona, resonating with fans of Naagin 6 and those interested in paranormal and spiritual narratives.
