"I don't even know what I learned or didn't learn at NSD," Mishra reflected, "but what I truly had were people like Irrfan bhai. You could simply watch him. Virendra Saxena was there, Ankur ji was there, Robin Das is sitting right in front of you today while you're busy looking at your mobile phones. Just watching them was a lesson in itself."
Mishra particularly remembered observing the legendary Irrfan Khan during performances, recalling a moment when he wondered, "When will this man start acting?" This anecdote beautifully illustrated Irrfan Khan's naturalistic acting style and the profound impact he had on his contemporaries.
About Vadh 2: The Much-Awaited Sequel
Directed and written by Jaspal Singh Sandhu, Vadh 2 reunites Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta in entirely new character portrayals while maintaining the emotional intensity that defined the original film. The project is produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under the banner of Luv Films.
The sequel has emerged as one of the most discussed cinematic projects of 2026, with its buzz intensifying significantly after a successful Gala Premiere at the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2025.
