Industry experts are predicting a massive opening for the romantic drama. Kadel further elaborated that the Day 1 All-India Nett collection is expected to cross ₹15 crore, with the possibility of reaching ₹20 crore given the current trends.
The film benefits from several advantages including no major competing releases in its first week and the Black Friday weekend, which typically sees increased footfall in theaters. The showcasing appears strong across all key markets, with Dhanush's home market of Tamil Nadu expected to perform particularly well.
