AP High Court Chief Justice Lisa Gill at Tirumala Temple

Tirupati: Andhra Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Lisa Gill offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara at the Tirumala temple on Friday. A contingent of priests and officials, led by TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra and Additional Executive Officer Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, extended a traditional welcome upon her arrival at the Mahadwaram of the temple. They led her to the sanctum sanctorum, where she offered prayers to the presiding deity.

Following the prayers, Veda pundits from the TTD rendered Vedasirvachanam at the Ranganayakula Mandapam. She was then presented with the temple's prasadams and a portrait of Lord Balaji.

Justice BV Nagarathna from the Supreme Court is also in Tirumala and is scheduled to offer prayers to Lord Venkateswara on Saturday morning.
