The couple, along with their sons Aaryamann and Ayushmaan Sethi and their partners, visited the iconic Winter Wonderland on New Year's Eve, where a particular joke led Archana to exclaim, "Iss baat pe divorce ho sakta hai!"
A Frosty Mela and a Heated Joke
The family's festive outing began with Archana comparing the sprawling London Winter Wonderland to a grand, but much colder, Indian mela. While the setting was cheerful, the experience of the rides left much to be desired for the actress. The real spark, however, came not from the attractions but from within their Ferris wheel pod.
As they were seated, Parmeet Sethi, in his signature dad mode, cracked what Archana described as a "questionable 'colon' joke." While the rest of the family found it hilarious, Archana was visibly unamused. "I think I can divorce him over this joke. I think this is allowed. I don't like toilet humour," she declared candidly to the camera. Unfazed, Parmeet teased back, admitting that her eye-rolling reaction was precisely why he enjoyed making such jokes.
Winter Wonderland Disappointment and a Costly Ride
Archana's irritation was compounded by the Ferris wheel ride itself, which she found thoroughly underwhelming. Her complaint of "Maza nahi aa raha hai ismein!" was followed by an abrupt end to the ride, prompting her to exclaim, "Kya bakwas ride hai yeh!" The frustration reached a peak when her son Ayushmaan revealed the steep cost: a whopping Rs 8,000 for the experience.
Addressing her fans directly, Archana issued a stern warning: "This is no fun. This is paisa barbaad. Guys, never try this." The segment highlighted a relatable tourist moment of feeling short-changed by an expensive attraction.
Family Bonds and a 'Cartoon' Father-in-Law
As they stepped off the disappointing ride, a lighter moment unfolded. Parmeet shared his amusing observation that his son Aaryamann's fiancée, Yogita Bihani, might see him as an "animated character" or a "cartoon." Yogita was quick to clarify, calling him her "favourite person" whom she found chill, expressive, and fascinating. A relieved Parmeet awarded her response "full marks," joking, "Bach gayi yeh!"
