Records from the Parker County Sheriff's Office confirm that Banuelos was officially booked on the charges. He managed to secure his release on the same day by posting a bond of $386. While the specific circumstances leading to the public intoxication charge remain unclear, the incident occurred shortly after Banuelos participated in the 4YO Open Derby at the Bosque Ranch Winter Bash on Friday.
