Wedding Called Off Over Groom's Intoxication

The baraat of Himanshu, 28, from Gyaarampur, Jaswantnagar, had arrived Thursday night with much fanfare. However, around 2 am, just as the jaimaal ceremony was to begin, the bride learned that the groom was heavily intoxicated. She immediately decided to call off the wedding.

Family members and relatives tried to persuade her, but she remained steadfast in her decision. This angered the groom's party, leading to a commotion that escalated into a brawl.
