Megastar Chiranjeevi and director Bobby Kolli are collaborating on the upcoming film tentatively titled 'Mega158'. The makers recently announced the completion of its first shooting schedule.
'Mega158' Shoot Update
The team commenced shooting after a pooja ceremony. Now, the makers have officially confirmed that the Pollachi schedule has been wrapped. The team shared pictures from the sets and provided an update about the next phase of the film.
The makers wrote, "Pollachi Schedule Wrapped. The team of ChiruBobby2 has successfully completed a high-energy schedule, canning important portions featuring the principal cast. With the next schedule set to begin soon, the team is all geared up to set the BLOODY BENCHMARK."
Cast of 'Mega158'
The film is expected to be a high-energy action entertainer with strong emotional elements. The pictures shared by the team feature Chiranjeevi alongside actresses Anaswara Rajan and Nivetha Pethuraj.
Reports suggest that Anaswara Rajan may portray Chiranjeevi's daughter in the film, but the makers have not officially confirmed these details. The movie is anticipated to showcase Chiranjeevi in a powerful role filled with action and emotions. It is also said that actress Rachita Ram, who appeared in 'Coolie', is part of the project. She is reportedly playing a role that was previously linked with actress Honey Rose. However, official details about the cast are yet to be revealed.
The action entertainer marks Chiranjeevi's second collaboration with director Bobby Kolli after their previous successful project. The music will be composed by Thaman.
Chiranjeevi's Upcoming Projects
Apart from 'Mega158', Chiranjeevi is also busy with his upcoming fantasy action film 'Viswambhara', which is expected to release in 2026. The official release date is yet to be announced. Additionally, Chiranjeevi has a project planned with Srikanth Odela, the director of Nani starrer 'Dasara' and 'The Paradise'.
