Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled a new book titled "Quick Tips for Health & Happiness" authored by Dr Ankita Raj in Lucknow on Saturday. The event was attended by Dr Raj's husband, IAS officer and Prayagraj District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma, along with other dignitaries.
In her book, Dr Raj emphasizes that health and happiness are not distant goals but the result of small, everyday choices. The volume spans eleven chapters covering health, mental growth, relationships, habits, productivity, courage, efficiency, community spirit, and interpersonal skills.
