Popular actor Dhanush, known for his role in 'Raanjhanaa', was recently spotted arriving at the Mumbai airport. The star, who last appeared in the Tamil film 'Kara', was seen exiting the airport in casual attire, smiling at the crowd gathered around him.
Dhanush's Airport Appearance
On June 4, Dhanush was photographed at the Mumbai airport in the afternoon, dressed in his casual best. He wore a white button-up shirt with folded sleeves, paired with straight-fit black pants and black-and-beige sneakers. Completing the look with his signature sunglasses, he walked to the exit surrounded by his team, smiling at everyone. He also carried a grey printed backpack before boarding a car outside the gate and waving goodbye.
Upcoming Project: 'D55'
On the work front, Dhanush is busy with his next film, tentatively titled 'D55', currently under production. This Tamil action thriller is directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, known for 'Amaran' and 'Rangoon'. Mammootty and Sai Pallavi have also been cast alongside Dhanush in this project.
Recent Release: 'Kara'
Dhanush last starred in 'Kara', released in April this year. The film also features Mamitha Baiju, K. S. Ravikumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Karunas, Jayaram, Prithvi Rajan, and Sreeja Ravi. Set in the early 1990s, the story follows a former thief who must return to crime after his ancestral land is taken over by the bank.
