Hailey Bieber Speaks Out on Judgment and Life in the Spotlight
Hailey Bieber, the wife of singer-songwriter Justin Bieber, has revealed that she faces "a lot of judgement" in her life. The 29-year-old model shared that fame comes with its own set of complications. Speaking to Time magazine, Hailey said, "I just think being in this position in general, there's a lot of judgement. It does feel hard sometimes, having every single thing be looked at and picked apart." Despite years of intense scrutiny, she has found an effective way to deal with online chatter.
Hailey's Approach to Criticism
Hailey, who has been married to Justin since 2018 and has a 20-month-old son named Jack, emphasized her need to move forward. She stated, "I need to live my life and continue to move forward regardless." Turning 30 in November, she eagerly anticipates the milestone. "I say to my friends all the time, couldn't pay me to go back to being 20 for a day. There's nothing there for me. Can't wait to turn 30 and continue to see what's in store," the model added.
Motherhood and Fears for the Future
Hailey recently admitted to fearing her son growing up in a "bleak" world. She told Interview magazine, "That's probably the most anxiety I have as a parent. The world he's growing up in is very, very scary and it feels so bleak, thinking about the future, with how things are going. But I just have to close my eyes and have faith. As long as he's growing up in an environment at home that's really loving and beautiful, that's all that I can hope for." Despite these concerns, she relishes the challenges of parenthood. When asked about the most exciting aspect of being a mom, she said, "Just seeing this little human evolve before your eyes. They grow so fast and they change so much and there's always so much excitement. You're watching them experience life for the first time, so you kind of feel like you're experiencing it that way with them."
