Jennifer Lopez Lists Beverly Hills Mansion for $50M After Ben Affleck Transfers Ownership
Jennifer Lopez Lists Beverly Hills Mansion for $50M

Singer and actor Jennifer Lopez has put her Beverly Hills estate on the market for nearly USD 50 million after taking full ownership of the property from ex-husband Ben Affleck. The sprawling mansion, which was initially purchased to be the couple's love nest, was listed on Tuesday for USD 49.995 million, according to TMZ. This marks a significant reduction from the previous asking prices of over USD 60 million, as the home had been listed twice before at higher amounts.

Property Transfer Details

This is the first time the mansion is being sold under the sole ownership of Jennifer Lopez. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Ben Affleck transferred his entire stake in the property to Lopez as part of a revised settlement agreement finalized after their divorce in February 2025. While the documents reference a “transfer of property among spouses,” sources indicate the stake was handed over without any financial compensation.

History of the Mansion

The former couple purchased the 38,000-square-foot residence in May 2023 for USD 60.85 million and subsequently invested millions in upgrades to the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate. The home was initially listed for approximately USD 68 million in July 2024, months after the couple ended their two-year marriage. If Lopez successfully finds a buyer, she stands to benefit from the proceeds of the sale. Ben's generous handover of the property came after he reportedly secured a huge deal by selling his AI company, InterPositive, to Netflix for USD 600 million in March.

Ben and Jennifer's Romance

Despite their split, Lopez and Affleck have been seen casually meeting up with their children. When not taking the kids out for lunch dates, the stars have been spotted treating each other's children to shopping sprees. The couple wed in 2022 in a surprise Vegas chapel wedding and later held a formal ceremony the same year. However, they parted ways within a year of marriage and finalized their divorce in January 2025. Lopez officially filed for divorce on August 20, 2024, citing irreconcilable differences.
