According to Zillow, Justin Baldoni and his wife Emily Baldoni have officially listed their sprawling Southern California estate for sale. The asking price for the 10-acre property currently stands at USD 8.88 million. The couple reportedly purchased the property in 2020 for USD 2.1 million, long before its current valuation.

Reports suggest that the Baldonis extensively renovated the home, drawing inspiration from their travels across different parts of Mexico. Spread across 5,200 square feet, the two-storey mansion features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, spacious lounge areas, and large windows designed to maximise natural light and ventilation.

The estate also boasts several luxury amenities, including a private swimming pool and a sports court equipped with netting for badminton and other activities. In addition, the couple converted the garage into a personal gym and wellness area complete with a yoga studio, dry sauna, cold plunge space, and even an in-ground trampoline. For the interiors, the couple opted for a minimalist aesthetic featuring whitewashed walls and wide-plank flooring throughout the home.

The property is surrounded by lush greenery and numerous trees. One of its standout features is a private orchard filled with a variety of fruit-bearing and flowering plants. Before officially listing the property for sale, the mansion had reportedly been available as a rental for USD 40,000 per month.
