She reportedly told Justin that she had already spoken to people about a situation and expected it to be resolved soon. She also seemed confused about why the issue had not been fixed.
Justin allegedly responded by suggesting that the situation was not being handled appropriately. One of their friends then commented on the extreme weather conditions, saying the heat inside the venue felt unusually intense.
